Hello everyone. I just got done making a 2012 airshow season year end picture review and posted them in the photography gallery. It was a fun show season for us with going up with the US Army Golden Knights twice once, in Janesville, WI, and once Rockford, IL. Then I went up with the Lima Lima flight team in Gary, IN. It was a blast and we are looking forward to the 2013 season.

Some of you may know I’m an ex U.S. Navy sailor, and worked on aircraft carriers or I should say in my case I worked on LPH ships or better known as helicopter carriers. I was an aviation Electronics Technician and worked on MH-53E helicopters.
I follow a fellow photographer’s blog named Guy Kawasaki and he had a chance to visit a aircraft carrier while at sea to see what carrier life is like. Kind of took me back to my Navy days that I do miss from time to time. Here is the link to his post.
It’s a long post so enjoy!!
